• After uploading photos and providing us with a general understanding of your requirements we will start processing your order and assign it to a qualified artist within 24 hours. Be it a portrait of a lady or portrait of people, our portrait painters will give equal care to all.
• It will take an additional 24 to 48 hours until your first sketch is uploaded into your personal account at OrderPortrait™ platform.
• A 72 hours "progress time" from this point onward between sequenced stages.
• Completion of work is ONLY after getting your approval. Under no circumstances will we send paintings, without customer consent.
