| 2. How do I place an order from my own selected picture? |
| By using the OrderPortrait platform to upload your own selected pictures in 4 simple steps. |
| Step 1: Select the Canvas Size and Type of the Portrait |
| Step 2: Choose the properties of the Portrait (e.g. Style, Medium, Quality, etc) (The quotation of the Portrait would automatically be calculated and displayed here) |
| Step 3: Upload your selected picture and Description (You can upload up to 4 digital images on our website for composite picture or reference purposes. For instance, you may upload 1 for background, and the other 2 as the main image in the portrait. Please mention this in the description) |

| 3. How long I can expect my order back? |
| Of course the artist would define a reasonable time schedule for you. Usually it takes around 15-20 days, while most updated stages are uploaded each 1-3 days. The above process enables you to track the progress online and allows you to be involved by allowing you to give your own suggestions or improvements. |

| 4. Can I send the order back to be improved or retouched if I am not satisfied with the result? |

Our artists would upload most updated digital photos of your portrait at each and every stage. So you can supervise the progress of your portrait production and communicate with our artist directly via the OrderPortrait platform. If for any reason, you are not satisfied when you get the paintings, you must contact us within 7 days after receiving the artwork.
